Cleveland Cavaliers point guard Kyrie Irving had to be helped off the floor after Game 3.

The Cleveland Cavaliers finally lost their first game of the 2016 NBA Playoffs on Saturday night, when the Toronto Raptors couldn’t miss from the field and fed off the energy of center Bismack Biyombo, who finished with 26 rebounds.

While the loss is concerning for the Cavaliers with the way that they played, there was an even more concerning moment after the game, when cameras caught Cavaliers point guard Kyrie Irving having to be helped off the floor after the game.

With a noticeable limp in his step, Irving was draped over a trainer.

For Cavaliers fans, this is the last thing they wanted to see, after the injuries that Irving has seemed to deal with every year in his career. Most notably was last year when Irving went down with a knee injury in the middle of Game 1 of the NBA Finals and the outlook of the series drastically changed as a result.

Hopefully things aren’t too serious, but if Irving goes down, the Cavaliers’ chances of winning the NBA Championship will take a serious hit.
