Bismack Biyombo makes huge block on LeBron James, called for foul (Video)
Raptors center Bismack Biyombo appeared to make a big block on Cavaliers superstar LeBron James, but was called for a foul.
The Toronto Raptors once again brought the fight early to the Cleveland Cavaliers in Game 4 of the Eastern Conference Finals. Much like Game 3 of the series, it was Bismack Biyombo who was once again making a massive impact on the court.
However, there was once again a controversial call that went against Biyombo as he took on LeBron James at the hoop. As James went up for the slam over Biyombo, it looked like James was blocked cleanly and Biyombo had made a massive block.
However, the refs decided it was a foul and James was awarded two free throws out of the call.
Toronto didn’t like the call and the fans were upset on the play. While he felt he went straight up, he sort of launched himself at James and hit him with the body contact.
This call doesn’t appear as egregious as the other ones made, since Biyombo wasn’t in full control. Still, it was another call that has left people talking about it instead of the play on the court.
