Draymond Green could be handed a suspension for his kick to Steven Adams’ groin.
The Golden State Warriors got blown out of the water by the Oklahoma City Thunder in Game 3 of the Western Conference Finals, losing by 25 points. It served as a wake-up call to Steve Kerr’s team. The Thunder are not to be taken lightly, and they now firmly believe they can win this series.
To add to the Warrior’s misery, it’s looking more and more like Draymond Green will be given a suspension for kicking Steven Adams in the groin. The league will review the incident, and make a decision by the end of the day:
ESPN sources say that an official decision from the league office on Draymond Green's status for Game 4 is expected by day's end Monday.

The incident changed the outcome of the game. When it took place, halfway through the second quarter, the game was tied at 40. The Thunder then went on a 32-7 run to lead by 25 at halftime. It was a dirty play and should lead to a suspension after Dahntay Jones got disciplinary action for a similar groin shot on Bismack Biyombo during Game 3 of the Eastern Conference Finals on Saturday night.
After the Warriors got blown out in such unceremonious fashion, the last thing they need is to have their leader in rebounds out for a pivotal Game 4. But even if he doesn’t get suspended, the momentum of this series has completely shifted towards Oklahoma City, as they look to take a 3-1 series lead.
