The Denver Broncos were at the White House to celebrate their Super Bowl titles, the final time a NFL team will get that honor under President Obama.

Almost four months ago to the day, the Denver Broncos brought home the third Super Bowl title in the history of the franchise with a 24-10 victory over the Carolina Panthers. Like so many teams over the last three decades, winning the title in their league means one thing: a trip to the White House to meet the President.

For the Broncos, that day was Monday as most of the members of the team were in attendance for a meet and greet with President Obama (the final time he will be able to greet a NFL champion in office). In attendance were players like Super Bowl 50 MVP Von Miller, wide receiver Emmanuel Sanders and recently retired quarterback Peyton Manning.

The commander in chief praised the Broncos for one of the best seasons in team history:

At the same time, he had some fun with Manning before giving him more props — and also took time to mention his beloved Chicago Bears:

The team presented President Obama with an autographed helmet and a jersey with his name and the number 44 for his spot as the 44th president. Obama had some fun with that:

The Broncos will open up their title defense on September 8th when they host…the Carolina Panthers in the first game of the 2016 NFL regular season.
