The MLB starts the first full week of June with ten games on tap for tonight which gives us a solid slate for daily fantasy baseball. To help you find the hottest hitters, the best matchups, and the most fantasy points for your salary, check out my FanDuel daily picks on the following slides for the players I think you should get in your lineup.

More from Chicago Cubs

Lineups on FanDuel will lock tonight at 7:05 PM ET when four games get underway.  At this point, the only slight weather concern to monitor is the Mets visiting  the Pirates in Pittsburgh in that 7:05 time slot. At 8:05, the two Texas teams face off in Arlington before the West Coast wave of games get underway with four games at 9:40 and 10:10. None of the late games look to be threatened  by weather, so there’s no need to avoid any of those games as you build your lineups.

As we roll into our full-slate of fantasy baseball coverage, my FanDuel daily picks posted each morning here at FanSided are designed to provide you the information you need to build your own lineup that can bring home a win for your team. In order to help you find the position and price-point that you need, there are a variety of options on each slide with high-salary options, mid-range options, and high-value options at each position. For starting pitchers and outfielders, I’ve separated into high-salary and high-value options on each slide while the other positions each get one slide with multiple pricing options.  I base each pick on the current form of each player and the matchups each player will face in tonight’s contest game.

In my daily basketball picks, it was very helpful to rank my picks every morning using stars after each selection to show the strength of the pick. For a full explanation of the rating system, check out the last slide of this post, but in short, more stars means more confidence (on a point-per-dollar basis). Also on the final slide of the post, you can see how I’m putting together the best of my picks into my lineups for today’s competition. I suggest you build your own customized team with the players you like the most, but you’re welcome to check out my lineups and use them as a place to get started.

In my FanDuel daily picks, all salary references and references to “fantasy points” refer to FanDuel pricing and scoring.  If you are looking for similar coverage specifically for DraftKings, check the box above for related posts or find the latest on the fantasy baseball hub.

If you have any questions about my picks for today or any of our FanSided fantasy coverage, you can leave them at the bottom of the page in the comments section.  For an even quicker response, you can find me throughout the day on Twitter @FansidedFantasy. Make sure to follow on Twitter for any late-breaking lineup news as well and any adjustments as lineups come out later on this Monday.
