Los Angeles Dodgers outfielder Yasiel Puig met Los Angeles Rams quarterback Jared Goff and a friendship ensued.

Yasiel Puig might be struggling at the plate, but he’s not struggling at all to meet friends in Los Angeles. Long gone are the days of showing up late to games and fighting teammates in the clubhouse for Puig.

The new Puig is all about friendship and he’s trying to get a movement going to where he becomes friends with everyone. One person that Puig is now friends with is Los Angeles Rams quarterback Jared Goff.

For those that don’t know the story, long before Goff was drafted, the bay area product tweeted about Puig in a negative way. Rather than holding it against him, Puig extended the olive branch of friendship and trust to the new star in Los Angeles.

On Monday night, the two parties officially met and they posed for a photo opportunity with a t-shirt that is worth a thousand words.

The trend #PUIGMYFRIEND is an awesome one and it shows that the outfielder is committed to making a change and becoming a friendly person.

His first stop on the friendship express is the local quarterback? Which star athlete is next?
