The first three weeks of SEC Football on the ESPN family of networks have been announced

As we navigate our way through the summer months, the reality is that the 2016 college football season is getting closer and closer, which is the most exciting feeling in the world. On the Paul Finebaum Show Tuesday, we were treated to the SEC Football schedule on the ESPN family of networks that we’ll be watching the first three weeks of the season coming up this September. With that said, here’s a look at what we’re in store for.

Of course, as is generally the case, Week 1 of the season is stacked with some pretty nice match ups. LSU taking on Wisconsin, Georgia taking on North Carolina, Alabama taking on USC and Ole Miss battling Florida State will have everyone glued to their television sets as we learn early on who some of the pretenders and contenders for the season might be.

As for Week 2, however, that seems like more of a throwaway week, with the exception of the much anticipated battle between Tennessee and Virginia Tech at Bristol Motor Speedway.

Week 3 brings us a few match ups to look forward to, with that showdown between Mississippi State and LSU being the game that you don’t want to miss.

Either way, this is what we have to look forward to, so continue to get excited about the college football season almost being here!
