The Orlando Magic should be targeting these players in the NBA Draft.

The past few seasons have been low ones for the Orlando Magic. Despite having acquired many young talents, they haven’t been able to make it to the playoffs.

The 2016 offseason has already been a tumultuous one for the Magic, as head coach Scott Skiles resigned after one season. They hired former Indiana Pacers head coach Frank Vogel to replace him, the biggest name they have had at this position since Stan Van Gundy.

Now, the Magic will focus on the NBA Draft, as well as free agency in July. They hold the No. 11 pick, but will have to go through 10 teams selecting players before they can get their guy, so the pick could always be up for trade. This is especially given the slow development of the team.

The Magic should have some salary cap space for free agency too. They are shedding Brandon Jennings’ contract and owe Ersan Ilyasova $8.4 million in non-guaranteed money. This could be an opportunity to bring in a quality player in free agency with that money to join Nikola Vucevic, Victor Oladipo, among others, with multiple positions of need or to simply add depth.

So who should the Orlando Magic be targeting in the NBA Draft if they keep the pick?
