DraftKings daily picks: Fantasy baseball pitchers-June 14

Identifying the top high salary and value pitcher plays from around Major League Baseball for your June 14 DraftKings lineup.
Our goal is to help you win DraftKings contests with consistently strong lineups. To accomplish that, we’ll be highlighting some higher salary players worth paying up for, and some value picks that will help you save salary in key areas. These picks are specifically for DraftKings lineups, so all references to prices and fantasy points are based on DK figures.
As always, be sure to double-check final MLB lineups and monitor weather situations before locking in your DFS lineups.
High Salary
Madison Bumgarner, Giants (13,800): Bumgarner is quite expensive, but he stands out as the clear No. 1 pitching option on the board for Tuesday. His opponent, the Milwaukee Brewers, ranks second in the majors in strikeouts (601), and Bumgarner has gone six straight starts without allowing more than one run. If you’re paying up for pitching, Bumgarner is your guy.
Jacob deGrom, Mets (10,100): Of course, deGrom’s not a bad option, either. He has 21-plus fantasy points in three straight starts and at least seven strikeouts in four straight starts. DeGrom struck out nine over six innings in his last start which, coincidentally, came against the same opponent he faces Tuesday, the Pittsburgh Pirates.
High Value
Gio Gonzalez, Nationals (8,000): Proceed with caution when starting a pitcher against the potent Chicago Cubs lineup. Chicago does strike out often (524 Ks; 12th in MLB), which gives opposing pitchers upside. After three below-average outings, Gonzalez righted the ship with a 10-strikeout, 25.55-fantasy point performance in his last start against the Chicago White Sox.
Archie Bradley, Diamondbacks (7,300): After consecutive quality starts, Bradley took a step back in his last outing (5.2 IP, 5 H, 4 ER, 5 Ks, 9.35 DK points) against the Tampa Bay Rays. He’ll look to bounce back Tuesday against the NL West rival Los Angeles Dodgers. Bradley has had the strikeout pitch working well lately, and if that continues, he should be a nice value play on Tuesday.
