Identifying the top high salary and value outfielder plays from around Major League Baseball for your June 16 DraftKings lineup.

Our goal is to help you win DraftKings contests with consistently strong lineups. To accomplish that, we’ll be highlighting some higher salary players worth paying up for, and some value picks that will help you save salary in key areas. These picks are specifically for DraftKings lineups, so all references to prices and fantasy points are based on DK figures.

As always, be sure to double-check final MLB lineups and monitor weather situations before locking in your DFS lineups.

High Salary

Mookie Betts, Red Sox (5,400): Betts has at least one hit in seven straight games and in 15 of his last 16 games overall. He hasn’t homered since his record-setting five-homer, two-game stretch two weeks ago, but he’s consistently piling up fantasy points. He’s a strong play Thursday against Baltimore Orioles right-hander Tyler Wilson (2-5, 4.73 ERA).

Jackie Bradley Jr., Red Sox (5,300): Like his outfield partner, Bradley is also a solid play against Wilson. He’s hit safely in seven of his last nine games, with a pair of home runs over that stretch. Bradley has homered previously against Wilson and is hitting .310 with 10 of his 11 home runs this season against right-handers.

High Value

Robbie Grossman, Twins (3,400): Grossman just tallied four hits, including a double and a home run, over three games against the Los Angeles Angels. His run of success since being called up in mid-May has been impressive. He’ll face New York Yankees lefty CC Sabathia, who is having a notable bounce-back season (4-4, 2.28 ERA), but Grossman is hitting .382 against lefties this year.

Andrew McCutchen, Pirates (3,300): It’s been a disappointing season for the former National League MVP. His current average (.234) is a career low, but DFS players should only be concerned about his status for Thursday. To get such a talented player at a discounted price is ideal. McCutchen will face New York Mets veteran Bartolo Colon, against whom he is 3-for-9 in his career.
