Arizona Wildcats vs Miami Hurricanes

The 2016 NCAA Baseball Tournament has certainly been wild through the Regionals and Super Regionals, so it only stands to reason that the College World Series is about to be wild. That being said, the Miami Hurricanes were one of the favorites to win the College World Series going into it and they are one of the eight teams still remaining. Now they’ll take on the Arizona Wildcats, a team that has played great to this point, on Saturday evening in Omaha at TD Ameritrade Park Omaha.

Miami is the No. 3 national seed in the NCAA Baseball Tournament and they’ve looked like that all season and into the postseason. The Hurricanes can beat anyone in just about every facet of the game, but the question is whether or not the Goliath will be able to survive the David that has been Arizona leading up to the College World Series. In the Super Regionals, the Wildcats were up against a lethal Mississippi State team and needed just two games to get the job done and advance. They’ll look to carry that same magic into Omaha.
