The Cleveland Cavaliers did the impossible coming back from a 3-1 series deficit to win the 2016 NBA Finals in pivotal Game 7. Here’s how Twitter reacted.

The Cleveland Cavaliers brought home an NBA Championship to Northeast Ohio by knocking off the Golden State Warriors in win-or-go-home Game 7. This is Cleveland’s first professional championship in 52 years. The last time a Cleveland team won a championship was when the 1964 Cleveland Browns won the NFL Championship.

The Cavaliers overcome a 3-1 series deficit to win the 2016 NBA Finals. No team in NBA history had ever done that and only two teams before the 2016 Cavaliers even forced a Game 7 down 3-1: the 1951 New York Knicks and the 1966 Los Angeles Lakers.

LeBron James fulfilled his quest of bringing a championship home to Cleveland. Here is how Twitter is handling this improbable NBA Championship for the Cavaliers.

Cleveland, you now have your NBA Championship! Congratulations and well deserved.
