Identifying the top high salary and value outfielder plays from around Major League Baseball for your June 21 DraftKings lineup.

Our goal is to help you win DraftKings contests with consistently strong lineups. To accomplish that, we’ll be highlighting some higher salary players worth paying up for, and some value picks that will help you save salary in key areas. These picks are specifically for DraftKings lineups, so all references to prices and fantasy points are based on DK figures.

As always, be sure to double-check final MLB lineups and monitor weather situations before locking in your DFS lineups.

High Salary

Adam Jones, Orioles (5,100): Jones has seen his price jump considerably over the last two weeks, but his production has warranted the increased cost. Jones has hit safely in eight of his last nine games, and has four home runs since June 12. He draws a nice matchup Tuesday with San Diego Padres right-hander Luis Perdomo (2-2, 8.79 ERA).

Kris Bryant, Cubs (4,700): After a recent three-game hitless streak, Bryant has hit safely in his last four games, a stretch that includes a pair of home runs. His 17 home runs are tied for fifth in the National League, while his 48 RBIs are tied for fourth. He’s hitting .281 against righties, and could be in line for a nice game against St. Louis Cardinals starter Adam Wainwright (5-4, 4.78 ERA).

High Value

Giancarlo Stantion, Marlins (3,600): It’s been a slow season for Miami’s slugger, but Stanton is showing signs of turning things around. He has eight hits over his last four games, including a home run. The power will always be there for Stanton, but if he can continue to raise his .216 average, his value will increase. Stanton is 2-for-5 with a home run in his career against Atlanta Braves righty Bud Norris (2-7, 4.81 ERA).

Andrew McCutchen, Pirates (2,900): McCutchen, like Stanton, is another big-name, All-Star talent that has struggled this season. He’s hitting just .241, more than 50 points below his career average, with 10 home runs and 28 RBIs. Still, it’s hard to ignore him at this dirt-cheap price, especially given his career numbers against San Francisco Giants right-hander Johnny Cueto (.290, four doubles, four home runs in 62 at-bats).
