Cristiano Ronaldo throws reporter’s mic into the water (Video)

Cristiano Ronaldo threw some poor reporter’s mic into the water after he tried to ask him a question about his Euros performance.
Cristiano Ronaldo is fed up with himself and how his country is doing at the Euros so far. Through two matches in the group stage, Portugal sit in third place with two draws and face a real threat of an early exit. Ronaldo hasn’t helped their cause as he has yet to score, and missed a penalty against Austria that would’ve won them the game.
Facing a must-win situation against Group F leaders Hungary, Ronaldo isn’t exactly in a talking mood, and it showed when a reporter tried to ask him a question, only to have Ronaldo throw his mic into the water:
As far as being a competitor goes, there aren’t many people that work harder than Ronaldo. He’s had a very slow start to the tournament, to be sure, but with his team’s backs against the wall, he’s due for a big performance sooner rather than later.
Ronaldo has also had to endure weeks of hearing everybody sing their praises for Lionel Messi for what he’s been doing in the Copa America, and as someone who loves the spotlight, he’ll do everything in his power to put the attention back on him, and that starts with this.
You have to feel bad for the journalist, as he was just trying to do his job. He’s probably a Portugal fan and is concerned with why Ronaldo’s been underperforming, but instead he has become a subject of criticism from the internet.
However, if Ronaldo doesn’t want to take any more abuse from the Internet himself, he has to step up and get his team to the knockout round, or else the Crying Jordan memes will come flowing in.
