3. Sacramento Kings

Everyone loves chaos and the Sacramento Kings are chaos. With the Kings moving onto their next head coach in Dave Joerger, they’re hoping they can get out from underneath the stigma of being one of the worst franchises in the league.

When Lance Stephenson was traded to the Memphis Grizzlies this past season, he really played well underneath Joerger and that could make him a good fit for the Kings.

Adding Stephenson to the rest of the chaotic environment that is the Kings might seem like a crazy idea, but perhaps even more chaos can elevate them in the Western Conference.

Sometimes there is just something to be said of having several players of the same mindset on a roster. The Kings aren’t going to be in the running for any top free agent, but they can be attractive to a guy like Stephenson, because they can offer him a little more than most teams probably could.

The Kings will have some free agents of their own to take care of and rookie Malachi Richardson is going to push for minutes, but the Kings need to win games and they need value players that can help them win basketball games.
