Identifying the top high salary and value pitcher plays from around Major League Baseball for your June 28 DraftKings lineup.

Our goal is to help you win DraftKings contests with consistently strong lineups. To accomplish that, we’ll be highlighting some higher salary players worth paying up for, and some value picks that will help you save salary in key areas. These picks are specifically for DraftKings lineups, so all references to prices and fantasy points are based on DK figures.

As always, be sure to double-check final MLB lineups and monitor weather situations before locking in your DFS lineups.

High Salary

Jon Lester, Cubs (11,700): Lester has been a model of consistency this season. He’s tallied at least 20 fantasy points in five of his last six starts. He’s had at least seven strikeouts (with a high of 10) in all six of those starts. On Tuesday, he draws a road matchup with the last-place Cincinnati Reds (29-48), one of just three MLB teams not yet to reach 30 wins.

Zack Greinke, Diamondbacks (10,600): Greinke’s early-season struggles are a thing of the past. Greinke has scored at least 22 fantasy points in six of his last eight starts. Two weekends ago, he shut down the Philadelphia Phillies (29.60 DK points), and now gets another start against them. Greinke should give you ace production for less than some of the other available pitchers on Tuesday.

High Value

Julio Urias, Dodgers (7,400): Urias’ best start in the majors came two weekends ago against Milwaukee Brewers (5 IP, 8 Ks, 0 R, 23.65 DK points). On Tuesday, he gets another matchup with the Brewers, this time in Milwaukee. The Brewers’ 717 strikeouts rank second in the majors (Houston, 728), so Urias has a nice chance to match or surpass his career-high eight strikeouts.

Lucas Giolito, Nationals (6,400): One of baseball’s top prospects will make his debut Tuesday at home against the New York Mets. Giolito was called up when Stephen Strasburg landed on the disabled list. The 21-year-old right-hander was 5-3 with a 3.17 ERA and 72 strikeouts in 71 innings pitched in Double-A this season. He’s a nice play against a struggling Mets team.
