Denver Nuggets

Denver has some of the nicest scenery and best hiking spots in the country. Beautiful mountains are within a short drive outside of the city, and it’s never been easier to stay in shape than it is in Denver! As for the actual basketball, Mike Malone is insanely competitive but incredibly loyal and fair. Players love playing for him, and he’s establishing a culture in Denver that people are buying into. They have a great mix of veteran and young players with guys like Jameer Nelson, Danilo Gallinari, Nikola Jokic, and Emmanuel Mudiay. They’re still scraping out an identity, but it won’t be very hard to find one of those if Durant signs with Denver.

Just by being there an identity will form around Durant and a team will be built around that. There were some iffy years there but the regime that took over after George Karl is well aware of what they’re doing, and they have a plan. Durant will have to be patient for a little bit, but the rewards he’ll receive at the end will be worth all of the wait. He has a chance to be a part of something big in Denver. Also, seriously Colorado is a beautiful state.
