Everything you need to about attending the 2016 MLB All-Star Game FanFest.

The 2016 MLB All-Star Game Fanfest will begin on Friday, July 8th and will conclude on Tuesday, July 12th. The annual event will be held at the San Diego Convention Center in downtown San Diego, opening at 9 a.m. until 8 p.m. each day except for the final day (Tuesday, July 12th), which will run from just 9 a.m. until 6 p.m.

The MLB All-Star FanFest is a five-day baseball festival that gives fans the opportunity to meet MLB legends, receive free autographs, and listen to local broadcasts. Fans can also participate in baseball training drills, take their best swings in the All-Star batting cages, and view memorabilia from the San Diego Padres’ history, along with a collection of official awards of Major League Baseball including the World Series, Home Run Derby and All-Star Game MVP trophies.

Each of the five event days will have a different theme designed to celebrate the fans, the city of San Diego, and Major League Baseball:

  • Friday, July 8th: Opening Day/Kids Day
  • Saturday, July 9th- Sunday, July 10th: Military Appreciation Weekend
  • Monday, July 11th: San Diego Tribute Day
  • Tuesday, July 12th: Trending Tuesday
