Oklahoma City will be fine without Kevin Durant thanks to these three players who will make fans forget about him.

The Oklahoma City Thunder look to remain a relevant team after losing Kevin Durant. Assuming Russell Westbrook is the centerpiece next year, what players need to step up their play to make up for their lack of depth at the small forward position?

There are a few guys on this team, (role players to be exact) that could help win some games next season. With 28.1 points per game out the window, they still need improved play from some of the role players. This is a Thunder team that just last year averaged 110 points per game during the regular season, second to only the Golden State Warriors who averaged 114.8. However with KD gone, there are 28.1 points unanswered for now.

Players like Mitch McGary, Nazr Mohammad, Josh Heustis and Nick Collison aren’t particularly expected to produce significantly throughout next season, well at least consistently, so that leaves a short list of players that could possibly do so. Not to mention, the additions of two players from the Orlando Magic, and a lottery pick from the draft. They could provide some offensive production to make up for the missing 28 points per game. Here are a few other options to ponder on moving forward.
