A new Rio Olympics 2016 ad from Nissan features the athlete considered “fastest man who has ever lived,” racing against a blazing line of fire.

It’s hard to argue the notion that Usain Bolt will be among the favorites in the field when he competes at the 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio de Janeiro. A brilliant new commercial from Nissan features the “fastest man who has ever lived” as he takes on a super fast trail of fire ahead of the Rio games.

The advertisement dubbed “Bolt vs. Flame” showcases Bolt in a two-minute video, talking about preparations for the Olympics. Not only that, it has Bolt riding in a Nissan GT-R and eventually arriving at a large building. Once inside, Bolt gets the scoop on how his latest challenge, racing against a line of fire, will work. Impressively, Bolt manages to keep pace with the trail of flames, but who would have doubted him? The ad ends on a bit of a cliffhanger, heading towards August’s event in Rio.

During the 2016 version of the summer games, Bolt will be competing in three events, and is likely to be the favorite in all three. It will also mark his final appearance in the Olympics. It’s only fitting that he has a two-minute documentary style ad from Nissan leading up to his last chase for gold.

During his career, the 29-year-old Jamaican native has captured 17 gold medals total at the Olympics and IAAF World Championships combined. It won’t be surprising if he captures three more this summer with a blazing trail of fiery speed seen behind him.
