While trade rumors and speculation run rampant, teams are gearing up for their playoff push.  Even while there is plenty going on off the field, there are also 11 games on the field tonight. DraftKings has several different ways to play tonight, and if you’re building a team for tonight’s contest, check out my DraftKings daily picks on the following slides.

There’s a big wave of early games tonight with seven games getting underway at 7:10.  Two more games join the action in the 8:00 hour and two more between 9:00 and 10:00. Weather is almost certain to be a factor as well with things looking doubtful in Cleveland for the A’s and Indians and the Rockies-Mets and Astros-Tigers games also being threatened. If you select players from those teams, make sure to double check the forecast throughout the day to see what the weather has in store.

Almost every morning, you can find my DraftKings daily picks right here at FanSided.  My daily goal is to provide you the information you need to select the best of the available options to build your own lineup that can bring home a win.  In order to help you find the position and price-point that you need, there are a variety of options on each slide with high-salary options, mid-range options, and high-value options at each position.

More from DraftKings

For starting pitchers and outfielders, I’ve separated my picks into high-salary and high-value options on separate slides while the other positions each get one slide per position with multiple pricing options. I base each of my picks on the current form of each player and the matchups each player will face in tonight’s contest.

I’ve found it very helpful to rank my picks to show the strength of each selection. For a full explanation of the rating system, check out the last slide of this post, but in short, more stars means more confidence (on a points-per-dollar basis). Also on the final slide of the post, you can see how I’m putting together the my most confident picks into my lineups for today’s competition. I suggest you build your own customized team with the players you like the most, but you’re welcome to check out my lineups and use them as a place to get started.

In my DraftKings daily picks, all salary references and references to “fantasy points” refer to DraftKings pricing and scoring.  If you are looking for similar coverage specifically for FanDuel, check the box above for related posts or find the latest on the fantasy baseball hub.
