Boxing is one of the most exciting, unpredictable sports to be held at the Olympics. The sport made its debut way back in 1904, meanwhile, women’s Olympic boxing was introduced just four years ago, in 2012.
Below is all of the information you need to know for Saturday, August 6th.
Team USA has two boxers competing – Carlos Balderas (60 kg) will be taking on Berik Abdrakhmanov of Kazakhstan, while later in the day his teammate, Nico Hernandez(46-49 kg), will be competing against Manuel Cappai of Italy.
