Day 3 Olympic Boxing results: August 8.

Day three saw the biggest upset so far in the boxing portion of the Olympics, when Nico Hernandez of the United States defeated Russia’s Vasily Egorov. Vasily was the European champion last year, so nobody thought he would be outed this early in the tournament. Here’s what else happened during the boxing portion of Day 3 in Rio:
