Day 2 of Olympic taekwondo will see the Men’s 68 kilogram and the Women’s 57 kilogram divisions compete for Olympic gold. Here’s how to watch them online.

Olympic taekwondo begins its second day of competition with six medals on the line: three in the Men’s 68 kilogram weight class and three in the Women’s 57 kilogram division. With the flyweight divisions under wraps on Wednesday, these two weight classes are referred to as the featherweight divisions.

Thursday will also be the last day that won’t have any of the four Americans competing in Olympic taekwondo. All four 2016 Summer Olympic participants in taekwondo are in the four heaviest weight classes, respectively.

The top seed in the Men’s featherweight division is Belgium’s Jaouad Achab. South Korea’s Lee Dae-Hoon, Mexico’s Saul Gutierrez, and Russia’s Alexey Denisenko round out the other top four seeds in the Men’s 68 kilogram weight class.

The top seed in the Women’s featherweight division is Great Britain’s Jade Jones. Spain’s Eva Calvo, Egypt’s Hedaya Malak, and host nation Brazil’s Julia Vasconcelos round out the top four seeds in the Women’s 57 kilogram division.

As it will be throughout the Olympic taekwondo competition, Brazil is guaranteed to have all of its participants have a mandatory top seed in the tournament. Look for Vasconcelos to likely be upset due to being overseeded.

While Olympic taekwondo will run throughout the entire day form Carioca Arena 3, it can only be see twice during the day on American network television. The NBCOlympics.com live stream is still the way to go to not miss a second of Olympic taekwondo action, but it can also be seen on CNBC and NBCSN on Thursday evening.

CNBC will briefly air taekwondo at 5:00 p.m. ET for an hour’s time in conjunction with the fencing stage of the modern pentathlon. Then at 9:45 p.m. ET, NBCSN will pick up taekwondo until 12:00 AM ET on the East Coast, airing the finals in the featherweight divisions on Thursday night in conjunction with a Women’s Volleyball Semifinal match between two yet to be announced teams.
