Which wide receivers in college football are primed to dominate during the 2016 season?

The college football season is almost upon us and it’s time for players to make names for themselves. Some of those players have already established themselves as forces, while others are on the verge of letting the whole world know who they are. When it comes to the wide receiver spot, it’s all about making the highlight catch and flipping the landscape upside down.

Across both multiple levels of football, there aren’t as many positions that provide the flash that the wide receiver spot does. In a way, it’s an added bonus for receivers in college football, because those unforgettable moments create for them a legend that carries them far in their careers. Heading into the 2016 season, there are plenty of receivers with plenty to prove.

It’s one of the best years for receivers yet and there should be a group of individuals that stand out from the rest in college football. As was evidenced last year, having a great receiver can take a team from a possible bowl team all the way to potentially a playoff contender. Those receivers work their best to make their mark and these individuals will undoubtedly look to shine this season.
