Most fantasy football leagues rely on offensive players for almost all their fantasy points, but most incorporate the use of a team defense. Every league scores team defense a little differently, so make sure you understand exactly what is being rewarded. Most leagues use a blended approach of big-play rewards and limiting-opponents rewards. Whether it’s yards or points allowed and whether special team touchdowns are counted as well are other factors to consider.
