NBA All-Star Isaiah Thomas recently impressed the Seattle Seahawks when he defeated one of their players in a three-point shootout.

Boston Celtics player Isaiah Thomas recently drained shot after shot in front of the Seattle Seahawks. He shot perfectly from 15 feet away and defeated Seahawks player Tyler Lockett, showing off his impressive shooting skills.

After winning the battle of NBA star versus NFL star, Thomas thanked the team for hosting him. A video was also posted to Twitter by the Seahawks to show off Thomas’ perfect shooting.

The Boston Celtics’ players and fans must be drooling about the possibilities for the upcoming season.

As seen in the video above, Thomas shot from the side area of a makeshift court with a bunch of Seahawks seated next to, in front of, and behind him. It’s certainly not the same as shooting out on the hardwood with fans on all sides, as he was literally right next to the NFL players while he shot. Still, his concentration was 100 percent and so were his shots in the 30 seconds he had.

According to Bleacher Report, Thomas hit 12-for-12 with his 15-footers, easily besting the Seahawks’ Lockett. It drew plenty of cheers from the footballer spectators and later the praise of head coach Pete Carroll. He even tweeted his amazement out.

There hasn’t been a whole lot of talk about NFL players saying they could start in place of NBA guys. However, there had been some recent silly talk from Chicago Bulls player Jimmy Butler. He claimed he could start in place of receivers Antonio Brown or Demaryius Thomas, which is clearly nonsense. Thomas was able to show why no NFL player will take away his starting job in the NBA.

In the 2015-16 season, he was No. 11 in the league in points per game with 22.2 on average. He shot at a rate of 42.8 percent from the field but based on what he showed in the video above, the Celtics may be looking towards even better stats this season. Could this be the leader of team that can contend with the NBA Champion Cavs in the East? If Thomas keeps shooting that well, it’s very possible!
