19. Jacksonville Jaguars

ILB. Ohio State. Raekwon McMillan . 19. player. 52.
Most things about the Jacksonville Jaguars defense start with two words: youth movement. In the past two off-season they have really made a number of interesting additions across the depth chart from the defensive line to the cornerbacks and safeties.

If there was one spot that may need their attention in the near future, it would be middle linebacker. Paul Posluszny has been a tremendous player for them through some pretty dark seasons. He turns 32 years old in October and the time is approaching where Jacksonville will have to begin their search for a replacement.

It would be hard to do better than Raekwon McMillan. Like former teammate Darron Lee, the Ohio State linebacker plays an aggressive, downhill game. He is a constant presence against the run, showing the instinct to find the football quickly and then having the athleticism to make the tackle sideline to sideline.

He’s got enough size and speed to become a factor in coverage as well, but there is some work to do in that department. He’ll have to get more comfortable going backwards, which another year in school will help with.
