28. Carolina Panthers

They still believe in their current tackle duo of Mike Remmers and Michael Oher. Understandable to a degree since they went 15-1 and reached the Super Bowl with that combination.
At the same time it’s hard to get the images of that Denver pass rush eating them alive to go away. Carolina has to wonder if they can do better. Oher has never been a great tackle in his career while Remmers is a career journeyman who played like it against Von Miller. They should be able to do better if given the chance.

Notre Dame has become a factory for quality offensive lineman during the Brian Kelly era. Zack Martin is already a star and Ronnie Stanley is the starting left tackle in Baltimore as a rookie. Mike McGlinchey is on track to become the next member of that list. He was already a powerful run blocker at right tackle for the Irish.

If he can hold his own on the left side replacing Stanley, then his stock will skyrocket. Justifiably so. McGlinchey has the classic pro tackle features from size to length, strong hands and a nasty disposition. He’ll fit right in.
. OT. Notre Dame. Mike McGlinchey . 28. player. 87
