WWE Backlash 2016: Full match card

With WWE Backlash taking place on Sunday night, here is a look at the full match card for the show.

On Sunday night, the WWE Backlash pay-per-view will take place. This will see a main event for the WWE World Championship, and multiple other title bouts.

The finals of the SmackDown Tag Team Championship tournament will be completed. Heath Slater and Rhyno are already set for the match, with their opponents yet to be determined. Battling for that spot will be The Usos and The Hype Bros. American Alpha had been the planned opponents for Slater and Rhyno, but The Usos injuring Chad Gable threw a wrench into this. So, they will be unable to compete.

The SmackDown Women’s Championship will be handed out for the first time at Backlash. This will see Alexa Bliss, Becky Lynch, Carmella, Naomi, Natalya, and Nikki Bella. compete for the new title. Which woman will walk out of the PPV as the first champion?

Bray Wyatt and Randy Orton will clash in the only match that doesn’t have title implications. The build started on the post-SummerSlam episode of SmackDown, and continued for the following weeks. They will go head to head for the first time at Backlash, with both needing a victory. Who will get the upper edge?
