Buccaneers at Cardinals: Odds, trends and more
Here are the betting odds and trends for the game between the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Arizona Cardinals on Sunday.
The Arizona Cardinals fell to the New England Patriots in depressing fashion on Sunday Night Football. After letting a team missing several key players pass all over them, the Cardinals gave themselves a chance at the win at the end of the game. Instead, Chandler Catanzaro missed the field goal and the Cardinals fell to 0-1. This week, they face the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, who are coming off a huge win against the Atlanta Falcons.
While the Buccaneers look improved and Jameis Winston was the NFC Offensive Player of the Week, the Cardinals are big favorites at -7 points. That means that they are expected to win by a touchdown on Sunday. While the Buccaneers are nothing to sneer at, the Cardinals should be the favorite if they are able to pull everything together.
Against non-NFC West opponents, the Cardinals are 15-1 at home under Bruce Arians. That means that they take care of business against visitors that don’t come to Glendale often. They also rattled off nine straight wins after losing to a backup quarterback in Landry Jones last season.

The Buccaneers meanwhile are playing their second straight game on the road and it will be interesting to see how they attack the Cardinals’ defense. If Arizona’s defense comes out with a chip on their shoulder, Winston could see a much different attack than Atlanta’s.
