Former Watford manager Quique Flores’ men will need to work hard against a Real Madrid team that has gone undefeated since August. Striker Pablo Piatti will be a difference maker for his club on Sunday, and if their defence can hold the barrage of Gareth Bale and a healthy Cristiano Ronaldo, then maybe they can get a result.

Real Madrid would like to hope they don’t fall like their rivals Barcelona did last week to Alaves. Madrid are coming off a 2-1 win over Sporting Lisbon in their Champions League opener this Wednesday. They reigning champs almost lost to the Portuguese club, and needed the local boy Ronaldo to tie it up in the 89th and Alvaro Morata to finish it off in extra time.

Still, Madrid does boast a talented lineup that looks to be superior over Espanyol, but again, anything can happen in La Liga.
