Here’s the projected top 4 for the College Football Playoff after Week 4.

Week 4 of college football is officially over with and there is plenty to take away going forward. There was a lot of shuffling of schools this week and teams officially said goodbye to their College Football Playoff chances while others said hello to theirs. While there was a lot of movement, there wasn’t much change at the top of the projected top 4.

The Alabama Crimson Tide held serve at home in an easy contest against Kent State. Until someone knocks off the defending National Champions, they are going to remain the No. 1 seed for the upcoming playoff. Stanford survived UCLA on the road and would remain the No. 4 seed as of right now. While there’s teams ranked hire, an undefeated Pac-12 team is likely to snag a spot over a team with a loss.

No. 2 seed Ohio State had the week off, but they didn’t need to worry as everyone kept gushing about them after their huge win on the road at Oklahoma. They have some difficult games coming up in their conference, including one at the end of the year against Michigan. If they get through their schedule and get the job done, then they’ll be in easy. Don’t sleep on Wisconsin in the Big Ten West, as they have looked impressive.

The No. 3 seed would be the Louisville Cardinals currently. It’s a toss up between them and Clemson, but that will get settled Saturday. Louisville will travel to take on Clemson and it is expected to be the best game of the season to date.
