Metta World Peace is still in the NBA, and the artist formerly known as Ron Artest is still making headlines for the things he says. World Peace might be one of the weirdest dudes to ever play in the NBA, but according to him he’s not weird anymore. Well that’s disappointing, but I guess as we get older some of us do change. So what else has the artist formerly known as Ron Artest been up to?
MWP on what he's worked on this summer: "I've been modeling this summer. I've been cooking."

Oh, well that’s nice to hear. One should definitely find hobbies to keep up with.
On where he's been modeling: "Mainly in the shower." Also followed that up by saying he's not weird anymore

I…guess it’s possible to model for yourself. After all, you are the most important person in your life, and World Peace knows that better than anyone….is he really not weird anymore?
"I'm normal now. Call me Tim Duncan."

So he’s Tim Duncan now? You know what? Sure. Yeah. The artist formerly known as Ron Artest formerly known as Metta World Peace formerly known as The Panda’s Friend, is now NBA legend Tim Duncan, because he’s no longer weird.
#KeepMettaWorldPeaceWeird because that is a weird dude. He might tell us he’s not, but the jury is going to have to disagree on that one with him.

You know, there was a lot of confusion when it was announced that World Peace was going to return. The majority of us thought last year was his final season, and the Los Angeles Lakers signing him again was not expected, but you know what? I’m glad they did, because media day is just more fun when you have Metta World Peace answering questions.
I’m excited for his future modeling career.
