Kristaps Porzingis consumes Clint Capela’s soul with block (Video)

New York Knicks big man Kristaps Porzingis stuffed Houston Rockets center Clint Capela at the rim with the greatest of ease.

Preseason basketball is underway in the NBA and after an extensive free agency period, there are plenty of teams with new looks in the league. The New York Knicks and Houston Rockets overhauled their teams and brought in brand new coaches. With the two teams squaring off on national television on Tuesday night, Kristaps Porzingis reminded everyone just how talented he is.

With Dwight Howard gone from Houston, Clint Capela is the new man in the middle and he tried to put a dunk home early. The only problem was the fact he forgot Porzingis is a human wacky inflatable arm-flailing tubeman out on the court.

Just look at the cold, dark expression upon his face as he simply refuses a man’s right to a dunk. That’s just not right at all. Everyone knows that the Knicks’ young big man is due for a big year, but with blocks like this, he might become the new general in the paint in the NBA.

That’s a grown man’s block right there. Capela has some surprising spring in his step and will flourish under D’Antoni, but he also will meet some challenges along the way.
