We made the NFL picks and predictions for Week 5. Listen to some of us, not to others.

There are 14 games on thew National Football League schedule this week. The start of the Week 5 slate is anything but sexy. with Blaine Gabbert and Drew Stanton getting after it under the lights. Frankly, that contest might end up with people throwing their TV sets out the window.

On Sunday, things get better. Perhaps the best matchup of the week will be taking place in Colorado, with the Denver Broncos hosting the Atlanta Falcons. Atlanta has the best offense in the NFL to this point, with both Matt Ryan and Julio Jones in the conversation for MVP honors at the quarter pole. Meanwhile, Denver has a nasty defense led by Von Miller, Chris Harris Jr., and Aqib Talib. The Broncos are still without their first loss, looking to go to 5-0 on the year.

Let’s see how our nine-person panel see the week shaking out:

The only teams getting unanimous love are the Packers, Steelers, Patriots and Vikings. You will be hard-pressed to find anybody picking against New England, with both the Browns on tap and Tom Brady returning.
