The Tennessee Titans and Miami Dolphins come into Sunday’s matchup struggling and seeking stable footing. Here is how to watch them do so online.

Both the Miami Dolphins and the Tennessee Titans have gotten off to rough starts to their seasons. Both sit at 1-3, losing opportunity to gain ground on weakened divisions.

The Dolphins hoped this would be the year they take that step forward with Ryan Tannehill as quarterback and a high-priced defense. With Tom Brady out the first four games, there was opportunity to stand atop the AFC East. Instead, the Patriots embarrassed the Dolphins in Week Two.

The Titans too thought they could take another step. Second-year quarterback Marcus Mariota had a big running back in DeMarco Murray. But Tennessee has struggled to gain much traction. The Titans have lost two games by one possession and their only win came by one point against the Detroit Lions.

The Titans have established a strong ground game, averaging 127.0 rushing yards per game, fourth in the country. The Murray signing has proven to be a good one. But Tennessee needs to see its defense improve and its passing game improve.

The Dolphins could say the same thing. Ryan Tannehill has struggled as much as any quarterback with consistency. And without a strong running game, those issues become even more pronounced. Tannehill has thrown for 1,081 yards but has six touchdowns against five interceptions and has taken 11 sacks this season.
