3. Jim Mora

Jim Mora has had talented teams and good seasons, but he has never gotten over the hump with UCLA. With one of the best quarterbacks in the nation at his disposal, UCLA has regressed this year and that could be the end of Mora.

They play in the weakest division in the Pac-12 South, which is currently led by Arizona State, who is down to their fourth-string quarterback. That same school that defeated UCLA last week in one of the ugliest losses of Mora’s tenure.

Even worse for Mora is that he allowed Rosen to stay in the game when he was clearly hurt and he got injured a second time. That’s not going to sit well with anyone and it could be the first domino to fall if he’s let go after the season.

The Bruins have to finish with a decent record and win a bowl game if he wants to keep his job. He’s been given plenty of chances, but his team just doesn’t produce enough. His team needs to get on a roll soon or it could be over.
