Winner: Arkansas Razorbacks (No. 22 up to No. 17)

Hosting a fellow two-loss SEC team, it looked like the Arkansas Razorbacks needed a win in order to salvage a season that started out great. Arkansas began the season 3-0 and jumped into the AP Top 25 before dropping to red-hot Texas A&M.

The Razorbacks have lost another game since then and their SEC title hopes are likely diminished, but they finally recorded their first conference win of the year against No. 12 Ole Miss.

Austin Allen is playing great at quarterback for the Razorbacks and he has been one of the main reasons why this team has had such a great turnaround in 2016. He passed for 229 yards and another three touchdowns against the Rebels, pushing his total to 1,861 passing yards and 18 scores through the air on the year.

Rawleigh Williams III was a workhorse against the Rebels as well, running the ball 27 times for 180 yards. He continues to be a pleasant surprise and the Razorbacks’ offense is much better than it was a season ago.

Beating the No. 12 team in the country moved Arkansas up in the rankings a little bit and if it can somehow win out, a New Year’s Six bowl isn’t out the question.
