While many are focused on the Minnesota Timberwolves to be the most improved team in the Western Conference this season, that honor may ultimately fall to the Utah Jazz who have assembled a cohesive collection of talent that could see them finish in the top half of the playoff standings. The Jazz, though, will face significant roster decisions in the near future as they have only one player under contract through 2018-19 who is not on a rookie deal. Finding quality talent via the draft, then, may take on a greater importance. <p>6-foot-11 Isaiah Hartenstein is an offensively talented power forward who can knock down outside jumpers and attack slower defenders off the dribble. His ultimate roll may be as a pick-and-pop big who can use his ball skills to score in a variety of ways. Hartenstein is also an excellent passer for a player of his stature.</p> <p>The German big man has the size and athleticism to compete against NBA level opponents on the defensive end, but he hasn’t shown the willingness to battle on that end of the floor.
