A look at the design of the Cleveland Cavaliers NBA championship ring.

On Tuesday night, the Cleveland Cavaliers received their NBA championship ring. They won the title by beating the Golden State Warriors, 4-3 in the 2016 NBA Finals. They had to overcome a 3-1 to lift the Larry O’Brien trophy, which Cleveland did successfully.

The ring ceremony saw LeBron James receive his illustrious first title with the Cavs. He won two with the Miami Heat during his four-year stint there, but never did so in Cleveland from 2003-10. This is despite making the 2007 NBA Finals. Other top Cavs players like Kyrie Irving and Kevin Love had never made it to this point, so it was a momentous occasion for them too.

There’s always curiosity surrounding what the championship rings look like for any sport. Since the rings were handed out to the Cavs on Tuesday night, the design was revealed. Here’s a look at what the roster and employees are sporting to celebrate their win.

That’s a fantastic design on a championship ring that seemingly gets taken to another level every year. 6.5 carat, 400 diamonds and, all that white and yelled gold is impressive. These players probably will never want to take these off.

Now, the Cavs will move onto defending their 2015-16 championship win. The biggest challenge will come from the Golden State Warriors. Despite losing the 2016 finals, they added superstar Kevin Durant to join the likes of Stephen Curry, Draymond Green, and Klay Thompson. It’s an impressive group that will be difficult to stop throughout the year.
