Luis Suarez decided to have a little fun with Neymar during a training session and it almost ended badly

Teammates in sports love to play some pranks on one another from time to time, but sometimes, the person on the receiving end doesn’t really find the humor in the prank being played. You can definitely put Neymar on the list of athletes who don’t like being messed with — or maybe he was just having a bad day. Either way, this is hilarious.

As they navigate themselves through the Champions League and La Liga season, Barcelona was having a training session on Monday, and during one of the down times, Luis Suarez decided to have a little bit of fun with his teammate.

Neymar stuck his foot on the ball to tie his shoe, and as he did this, Suarez playfully kicked the ball out from underneath him. It was a harmless prank, but it was one that had Neymar looking like he was ready to end Suarez’s life.

Well — that escalated quickly, huh?

Now that fight would have been rather interesting to watch, especially given Suarez’s penchant for biting people when it comes down to it. In some way, you’re kinda sad they didn’t throw down right then and there.

Maybe the most underrated aspect of this incident, though, is the reaction of Lionel Messi — or should we say non-reaction. Two of his teammates were ready to go at one another right there almost and he could not care in the least. Like nothing was wrong whatsoever.

Either way, the moral of the story here is that don’t prank Neymar because he doesn’t really take to jokes all that well.
