52. How bad have things gotten for the Jaguars? Seven games into the season and offensive coordinator Greg Olson is now out of a job. Jacksonville’s offense was basically lifeless until far too late in Thursday night’s 36-22 loss at Tennessee. Gus Bradley’s club had a combined 60 total yards and halftime and was down 27-0 to the Titans. The Jaguars finished the game with 370 yards in total offense but the defense gave up 494 yards to the Titans. There were no sacks or takeaways while Tennessee was successful on 60 percent (9-of-15) of their third-down conversion attempts. Frankly, it was an overall sorry effort by the last-place Jaguars.
Next Week: Bradley’s club has a tall task ahead of them as they head to Arrowhead Stadium to face Andy Reid’s Kansas City Chiefs. With the way that the Titans were able to exploit the Jacksonville defense on the ground, it could be another rough outing if the team doesn’t get its act together.

Playoff hopes: The AFC South is extremely bunched up and even at 2-5, the Jaguars aren’t out of the division or postseason conversation. And remember they close the season at Houston, vs. Tennessee and at Indianapolis. If they can keep their head above water, they may have something to say about this race yet.
. 2-5. Previous: .
