Buffalo Bills linebacker Jerry Hughes busted through the line and made a block on Seattle Seahawks punter Jon Ryan.

The Buffalo Bills got the quick start they needed on the road on Monday Night Football. With the Seattle Seahawks looking to get the ball rolling to start the game, the Bills were able to force the Seahawks into a punt. That’s when linebacker Jerry Hughes made a big play on the punt.

As Jon Ryan dropped back to punt, Hughes was able to bust through the line and block the punt. The ball would continue to roll toward the end zone before falling out of bounds just short. Hughes got every bit of the ball with ease.

The ball would set the Bills up perfectly on offense and on the next play, Tyrod Taylor would take the ball on his own and run straight into the end zone for the touchdown. It was exactly what the Bills were looking for.

The Seahawks have had their struggles on special teams this year and this was another clear sign that the unit is not where it needs to be yet. Fortunately for Seattle, they would respond with a touchdown drive of their own. Russell Wilson would take a direct snap and run directly into the end zone to tie the game and get the Seahawks on the board with some momentum swinging their way.
