A look at how to watch Friday’s game between Army and Oregon online.
The college basketball season will have a full slate of games on Friday night. One of them will see No. 5-ranked Oregon host Army at Matthew Knight Arena in Eugene, OR.
Oregon is coming off a successful 2015-16 season, which saw it get a No. 1 seed in the NCAA Tournament. The Ducks made it all the way to the Elite Eight but lost to Oklahoma.
As for this year’s team, the Ducks will return four of their five starters, but will be without Dillon Brooks against Army due to September foot surgery. He had been their leading scorer last season, averaging 16.7 points per game.
Senior Chris Boucher may be a focus of the offense then on Friday night. He had a strong junior season after averaging 12.1 points per game, 2.9 blocks and 7.4 rebounds. He’ll likely form a frontcourt with junior forward Jordan Bell.
Sophomore Tyler Dorsey will be the player to watch for, though. He averaged 13.4 points per game last season and could see the biggest increase in his statistics with Brooks out.
Dylan Ennis will also be making his Ducks debut. He came over from Villanova as a sixth-year transfer due to playing in all but two games last season. How much of an impact could this senior guard make on Friday?
As for Army, the Black Knights lost their top six scorers to graduation after last season. Their top returning scorer is Kennedy Edwards, a senior who averaged just 4.7 points in 2015-16.
