Live stream and how to watch Pacific (0-0) at UCLA (0-0) on television and online on Friday, November 11.

UCLA kicks off the 2016-2017 season ranked #16 in preseason polls as the Bruins take on the Pacific Tigers in the season opener. The Bruins finshed 15-17 at the end of the 2015-2016 season but they have very high hopes on a group of talented youngsters who can catapult UCLA back into the heat of PAC-12 dominance.

Pacific has brand new head coach Damon Stoudamire at the helm to help the team bounce back from an 8-20 finish last season. Stoudamire brings his 13 years of NBA experience to a team that struggled last season amid NCAA violations that shook the team and forced then assistant coach Mike Burns to step in as interim coach.

Bruins head coach Steve Alford has one of the best recruiting classes in college basketball this season with guard Lonzo Ball, T.J. Leaf, and Ike Anigbogo (who will miss the first part of the season with a knee injury). Both Leaf and Anigbogo stand 6-10 and will definitely make an impact on the young Bruins team. Senior guards Isaac Hamilton and Bryce Alford return to give the team some much needed leadership and guidance. Coach Alford is confident that this year’s squad will have what it takes to get UCLA back to the postseason this year.

This young UCLA team has not only caught the attention of the national polls, but they’re getting looks in the Pac-12 preseason polls as well; UCLA was tabbed to finish 3rd in the Pac-12 preseason poll behind Oregon and Arizona. The Tigers have been picked to finish 7th in the West Coast Conference in the WCC preseason poll.  Pacific won its exhibition game against Bristol University in a 106-39 barn burner.
