DraftKings daily picks: Fantasy basketball lineup-November 16

Wednesday looks like it will be a wild one in the NBA, so get your DFS fantasy basketball team ready by checking out these DraftKings daily picks.

The NBA is filling up tonight with a monster 11-game schedule giving DFS fantasy basketball owners a chance to pick their team from a deep pool of 22 teams. There are some great matchups to take a look at tonight in what should be some high-scoring contests. Two of the biggest stars are going to head-to-head tonight as James Harden leads the Rockets back to where his career started as he takes on Russell Westbrook and the Thunder. That game tips at 8:00 PM ET which i the same time ESPN starts its coverage of the Warriors and Raptors. DraftKings’ main competition actually gets underway an our earlier at 7:00 PM ET when the Wizards face the Sixers, the Pacers host the Cavs, and the Magic take on the Pelicans. At 7:30, three more games tip off as the Knicks welcome in the Pistons, the Celtics take on the Mavs in Boston, and the Bucks visit the Hawks in Atlanta. Later in the evening at 9:00, the Suns and Nuggets face off in Denver, and in the final two games of the night the Clippers host the Grizzlies and the Kings take on the Spurs in a pair of games that are rematches from earlier this season. As far as teams playing in back-to-back games, the Hawks, Cavs, and Raptors all played last night and are in action again tonight while the Rockets, Bucks, Knicks, Sixers, and Wizards are all scheduled to play again tomorrow.

To help you sift through the many options from the 22 teams in action tonight, I’ve put together my favorite fantasy plays on the next few slides in my DraftKings daily picks. My goal each day is to give you the information you need to build your own customized lineup to get you a win however you participate in DFS contests. In order to help you find what you need, I’ve separated my picks by position and price. You’ll find two slides per position–the first slide will feature the best high-salary options followed by some high-value options which cost less but still offer solid returns. Each slide contains at least two options with extras thrown in where possible.

I rank my picks for each contest using stars after each explanation to show the relative strength of the pick. For a full explanation of the rating system, check out the last slide of this post, but in short, more stars means more confidence (on a point-per-dollar basis). Also on the final slide of the post, you can see how I’m putting together the best of my picks into my personal lineup for today’s competition. I suggest you build your own customized team with the players you like the most, but you’re welcome to check out my lineups and use them as a place to get started.
