DraftKings daily picks: Fantasy basketball lineup-November 17
High Salary SG
James Harden-Houston Rockets (12,400): Harden struggled last night for the first time in his 11 games this season. He only had 13 points in his 37 minutes against his former team in Oklahoma City, and ultimately the Rockets couldn’t get past Russel Westbrook and the Thunder. Even in his off shooting night (4-16) he added 13 assist and seven rebounds to finish with 46.25 fantasy points. It broke a nice string of seven games with at least 55 fantasy points, but he’ll look to get back to that level tonight at home against the Blazers. He’ll have to go off again to be worth this hefty of a price-tag, but he has been a fantasy beast so far this season averaging 60.5 fantasy points per game.∗∗∗∗
C.J. McCollum-Portland Trail Blazers (7,600): While James Harden is definitely among the best offensive guards in the NBA, no one has ever confused him with a defensive stopper. McCollum will look to attack “The Beard” and the possibly weary-Rockets on their second night of back-to-back games. McCollum only played 33 minutes against the Bulls in a blowout finishing with 30 fantasy points on Tuesday. Before that, he had at least 34 fantasy points in four of his previous five games. He went off for over 50 fantasy points in three of those contests and has a very high ceiling in his matchup in Houston tonight. ∗∗∗∗
