Live stream and how to watch the Santa Clara Broncos (3-2) vs the No. 8 Arizona Wildcats (4-0) on television and online on Thursday, November 24.

No. 8 Arizona travels to Las Vegas to face Santa Clara at the Continental Tire Las Vegas Invitational on Thanksgiving Day.

Arizona is 4-0 coming off a 71-55 win over Northern Colorado in the final preliminary round of the Invitational. Freshman Lauri Markkanen is netting 19.5 points per game with an average of 8.3 rebounds.

Santa Clara also comes into the Invitational after taking down Northern Colorado with an 88-72 performance on Saturday. Forward Jarvis Pugh had a career game with 26 points while guard Matt Hauser posted a double-double with 14 points and 11 assists. The Broncos were shooting 57% from the field in that game. Among other notable talent for the Broncos this season is senior Jared Brownridge, who posted 32 points in the Broncos’ game against Sacred Heart while shooting 11 of 21 FGs. Currently the Broncos are scoring on average 5 points higher per game this year than they were last year under new head coach Herb Sendek.

It’s important to note Brownridge’s performance so far this season because he scored 44 points on Arizona last year in Fullerton. Coach Miller has been looking forward to this game to prove that this year’s squad has come a long way since last Thanksgiving. “This year’s team, I think that we have a better opportunity to be tough, more responsible, and to be able to get big stops.”

This is the 12th meeting between the two teams. Arizona coach Sean Miller and Santa Clara coach Herb Sendek used to be colleagues. Miller served as an assistant under Sendek both at Miami Ohio and NC State.
