Rivalry Weekend will get into full swing on Saturday with a handful of games being played. One of them will see the Duke Blue Devils travel to Miami Gardens to play the Miami Hurricanes. Neither team is ranked heading into this.

Miami is heading into their last game of the season at 7-4 and third in the ACC. The Hurricanes started red hot at 4-0 but then dropped their next four games, three of which were by one score or less. Wins against Pittsburgh, Virginia Tech and North Carolina State have helped ease the pain, but the damage had already been done to what could have been a great season in Miami.

The most recent game against North Carolina State saw an impressive performance on both sides of the ball for the Hurricanes. They limited Wolfpack quarterback Ryan Finley to just 20 of 44 passing for 210 yards and an interception. The Miami offense also had three touchdowns on the ground in the win from Mark Walton.

After a solid 2015 season, Duke has fallen off in 2016 with just four wins. Heading into this final game, they have lost four of their last five games, including being blown out by Pitt 56-14 last Saturday. They allowed 224 rushing yards to the Panthers and just couldn’t get anything going. Might that change in the final game against Miami?
